General Information
Personal Requirements: minimum age 21, valid identity card
Driving Requirements: valid driving license held for at least one year
Rental period: rates are based on 24-hour basis; applicable gratis period 2 hours
Method of payment: acceptable credit cards Visa, Master card and AMEX, cash payments
Insurances: Third Party Liability, Damage and Theft insurance /Full Casco/
Delivery/Collection: free within city limits and between cities with Moto-Pfohe locations, outside city limits and Moto-Pfohe locations – 0.50 Euro per km.
One Way Rentals: free between cities with Moto-Pfohe locations, outside Moto-Pfohe locations – 0.50 Euro per km.
Additional Driver: 10 Euro per rental for every additional driver.
Fuel: fuel consumption is payable by the Renter. In case the car is return with less fuel than rented the missing fuel is charged 1.50 Euro per liter at the end of the rental.
Prepaid Fuel: the Renter can prepay one fuel tank - 1 Euro per litre
Over limited km: with limited tariff rentals the over limited kilometres are charged as follows:
0.25 Euro per km for groups B, C, D, S, U, P
0.30 Euro per km for groups E, J, I, R, G
0.35 Euro per km for groups K,V,M,H,Y,F,Z,O,X,L,N,Q
Additional Equipment: baby seat - 10 Euro, luggage carrier - 10 Euro, snow chains – 10 Euro
Traveling abroad: on request only
Rent/Delivery cars out of hours: available on request only. A charge of 15 Euro per rental applies.
Airport surcharge: 15 Euro per rental at the airport office.
Lost Documents, keys: fine of 50 Euro applies.
Damages or theft of the car: in case of damage, loss of parts or theft of the car the Renter is obliged to provide all the needed documents from the Police authorities. Otherwise the Renter is liable for the full amount for the respective damages or the insurance amount in case of total loss or theft.
